


Thank you for being here. Yoga is a journey of discovering the truth of who you are, and I’m grateful to be walking this path with you. This practice has been an essential part of my life for over 15 years. My love for yoga has deepened over time and inspired me to become a teacher. Today, with over 300 hours of formal training, I teach from a place of deep respect and gratitude for this ancient practice, designed to raise our consciousness and reach enlightenment using the divine vessels we've been given: our bodies.




I believe that we are all capable of helping each other heal through the language of energy. This is what led me to pursuing energy healing and becoming a Second Degree Reiki practitioner. I channel the gentle, healing vibrations of Reiki energy and use a compassionate and intuitive approach to meet the unique healing needs of each person. By the end, you will feel completely refreshed, as if your energy has been touched by something sacred.


I'm excited to share that I now offer strength-based movement classes, including barre, and will soon be certified in pilates fusion. Teaching fitness is a newly-discovered passion of mine. These classes are a sweaty, energizing complement to yoga, allowing you to explore what it means to feel powerful in your body. With a fun playlist, a few props, and challenging yet accessible moves, we journey together and re-discover how frickin' badass we are.




Let's meet on the mat, where we'll move, breathe, play, explore, and find sacred wonder together. Through yoga and movement, we learn to find ease amid discomfort, acceptance amid suffering, and bliss amid the difficulties that life brings. Yoga is coming back home to yourself, again and again, and it is my greatest joy to walk you there.
